Kulynigol
Kulynigol
a river in Khanty-Mansi National Okrug, Tiumen’ Oblast, RSFSR. A right tributary of the Vakh River (Ob’ Basin). Length, 367 km; basin area, 7,390 sq km. The Kulynigol rises in the eastern Siberian Urals. The river is winding and has many lakes and marshes in its basin. The Kulynigol is fed by mixed sources, primarily snow. The high water period in the spring and summer is protracted. The river freezes over in October and opens up in May. Its principal right tributaries are the Okkyn”egan and the Lokontoegan.
