Kurovskoi

an urban-type settlement in Dzerzhinskii Raion, Kaluga Oblast, RSFSR, situated 12 km north of the Vorotynsk station (on the Moscow-Briansk railway) and 26 km west of Kaluga. Coal is mined in Kurovskoi, and a local plant manufactures reinforced-concrete products.
