an urban-type settlement in Floreshty Raion, Moldavian SSR, on the Reut River (Dnestr Basin). Railroad station on the Bel’tsy-Slobodzeia-Slobodka line. There is a branch of the Floreshty Cannery in Markuleshty, as well as other industrial enterprises of local importance.
