NASDAQ Small-Capitalization Companies

Small (by market capitalization) companies with stocks that trade on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. NASDAQ small capitalization companies are those that do not meet the requirements to be listed on the NASDAQ National Market. Specifically, these companies: do not meet the minimum requirements for net tangible assets or operating income, have fewer than 500,000 shares and 400 stockholders, or do not meet the minimum bid price of $5 per share.
