Minimum Program of the RSDLP

 

the first part of the Program of the RSDLP adopted at the Second Party Congress (1903). The Minimum Program of the RSDLP set as the immediate task the overthrow of autocracy and the establishment of a democratic republic that would ensure the introduction of an eight-hour workday, equal rights for all nationalities, the right to self-determination of all nationalities, and the abolition of the vestiges of serfdom in rural Russia.
