Novaia Borovaia

an urban-type settlement in Volodarsk-Volynskii Raion, Zhitomir Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located on the Irsha River (Dnieper River basin), it has a railroad station, Novaia Borovaia, on the Zhitomir-Korosten’ line. There is a plant for the manufacture of reinforced-concrete structural members and a plant for the drying of vegetables in Novaia Borovaia.
