Menuas

king of the state of Urartu from about 810 B.C. to 786 or 781 B.C. Menuas conducted campaigns of conquest in the Transcaucasus and northern Mesopotamia. During his reign, Menuahinili was built on the northern slope of Mount Ararat and construction was carried on in the city of Tushpa.
