Kyzyl-Mazhalyk

an urban-type settlement and the administrative center of Barun-Khemchikskii Raion, Tuva ASSR, on the right bank of the Khemchik River (a tributary of the Enisei), on a highway 313 km southwest of Kyzyl. It has a brickyard, a creamery, a meat-packing plant, and a livestock-fattening sovkhoz.
