Established: Established as Marsh-Billings National Historical Park on August 26, 1992; renamed on October 21, 1998.

Special Features:Home to pioneer conservationist George Perkins Marsh, the park includes a model farm and forest developed by Frederick Billings and continued by granddaughter Mary French Rockefeller and her husband, Laurence S. Rockefeller. In partnership with the Billings Farm and Museum, the park focuses on conservation themes and the stewardship of working landscapes and agricultural countryside. The park is headquarters for the Conservation Study Institute, designed to enhance leadership in the field of conservation.
