Nastoika

a sweet or dry alcoholic beverage. Sweet nastoiki are prepared from a blend of alcohol infusions, fruit juices, sugar syrup, rectified alcohol, citric acid, and softened water. Dry nastoiki constitute a blend of alcoholic infusions made from various herbs, roots, seeds, leaves, the rinds of citrus fruits, flavored alcohols, alcoholic solutions of essential oils, rectified alcohol, and softened water. Sweet nastoiki are aged for two days, and dry nastoiki for one day.
