Lunino

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Lunino Raion, Penza Oblast, RSFSR. Located on the Shuksha River near where it flows into the Sura. Lunino is a station on the Ruzaevka-Penza railroad line, 50 km north of Penza. There is a hemp factory and a creamery in Lunino, as well as the Penza State Experimental Agricultural Station and the Penza Cooperative Technicum.
