Likino-Dulevo

 

a city (until 1937, a settlement) in Ore-khovo-Zuevo Raion, Moscow Oblast, RSFSR. A railroad station (Likino) on the Orekhovo-Zuevo-Kurovskaia line 7 km from Orekhovo-Zuevo. Population, 28,000 (1970). Likino-Dulevo is an old industrial center for the region surrounding Moscow: a porcelain works and a textile mill are located in the city. Under Soviet power, factories producing buses (since 1959), dyes, and other items have been founded in Likino-Dulevo. An evening department of the Moscow Automotive Institute and an automotive technicum are located in the city.
