Location:10 miles north of Scranton off I-81, in the northeastern corner of the state.
Facilities:61 class A campsites, 3 group tent camps, showers, flush toilets, picnic area (é), picnic pavilion, snack bar, hiking trails (5 miles), bike trail (3.5 miles), bridle trail (3.5 miles), fishing pier (é), swimming pool, boat rentals, boat launches, boat mooring, amphitheater, playground, sledding slope.
Activities:Camping, boating (electric motors only), canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, sledding, tobogganing, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Focal point of the park is 210-acre Lackawanna Lake. Lacka-wanna is an American Indian word meaning "the meeting of two streams."
