MINTRA/mintra level MINTRA/mintra levelThe flight level below which exhaust trails will positively not form. They may or may not form above the MINTRA level. This flight level is obtained from a tephigram drawn by the meteorologist. DRYTRA is the level above which exhaust trails will not form because the humidity level is so low at and above that level that the exhaust gases cannot become saturated to form trails.
