Novgorodskoe

an urban-type settlement in Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, under the jurisdiction of the Dzerzhinsk city soviet. Railroad station (Fenol’naia) on the Konstantinovka-Iasinovataia line. Population, 13,500 (1973). Novgorodskoe has a machine-building plant, a brickyard, a plant that produces phenol, and other enterprises.
