Mask A hypomimic, expressionless physiognomy or complete lack of facial affect, a finding characteristic of Parkinson's disease, which may be seen in depression, facioscapulohumeral-type muscular dystrophy, infantile botulism, Möbius' syndrome, myotonic dystrophy, Prader-Willi disease, Wilson's disease.
