Habitats: More than 1,853 coastal islands, rocks, and reefs.
Access: Offshore sites are closed to public entry but can be viewed from scenic lookout points along the coast.
Wild life: Tufted puffins, Leach's and fork-tailed storm-petrels, rhioceros auklets, cormorants, harbor seals, California sea lions, Steller sea lions and Northern elephant seals.
