An AIDS-like condition in mice caused by a defective retrovirus, which is characterised by T- and B-cell dysfunction, polyclonal B-cell proliferation, B-cell lymphoma, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, hypergammaglobulinaemia, and increased infections.
 
Management
Cyclophosphamide.
