A diffuse pulmonary disease of insidious onset that is most common in middle-aged ♀, which may be accompanied by Sjögren's disease, hyper- or hypo-gammaglobulinemia Clinical Progressive SOB, cough Imaging Reticulonodular infiltrates on a plain CXR, often accompanied by Kerley 'B' lines.
