Location:11 miles southeast of Riverside, in the Moreno Valley, via Highway 60 or I-215.
Facilities:431 developed family campsites (167 tent sites with no hookups and 264RV sites with water and electric hookups), primitive horse camp (7camping units), 6 group camps, picnic areas (including group picnicsites), 2 designated swimming areas with showers and changing rooms,restrooms, boat ramps, boat mooring, marina, snack bar, museum (@d@di).
Activities:Camping, fishing, hiking, swimming, boating, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, jet skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, rock climbing, wildlife viewing.
Special Features:Set amid unusual rock formations, Lake is the last of the reservoirsbuilt in conjunction with the California Aqueduct. In addition to themany recreational activities available here, the park hosts a regionalIndian Museum.
