Activities:Camping, boating (no power boats), fishing, swimming, hiking,bicycling, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, icefishing, sledding, bow hunting for deer and turkey (in season),recreation programs.
Special Features:Park is located alongside Lake Taghkanic in the rolling hills and lushforests of Columbia County. The campgrounds were ranked among the top100 in the US in 2005.
