Lyzha
Lyzha
a river in the Komi ASSR, a left tributary of the Pechora River. The Lyzha is 223 km long and drains an area of 6,620 sq km. A winding river, it flows through the swamp and hills of the Pechora Ridge. It is fed predominantly by snow. The Lyzha freezes over at the end of October and the beginning of November, and the ice breaks up at the end of April or early May.
