neuromyasthenia[¦nu̇r·ō‚mī·əs′thē·nē·ə] (medicine) Fatigue, headache, intense muscle pain, slight or transient muscle weakness, mental disturbances, objective signs in neurologic examination but usually normal cerebrospinal fluid findings, occurring in epidemics and thought to be viral in origin.
