Landak
Landak
a river in Indonesia, in the western part of the island of Kalimantan (Borneo). About 200 km long, it flows for most of its length through a low-lying, swampy plain. At the equator it empties into the South China Sea; at its mouth the Landak joins one of the branches of the Kapuas River delta; the city of Pontianak is located at this confluence of rivers.
