| 释义 | OLR1OLR1A gene on chromosome 12p13.2-p12.3 that encodes a C-type lectin domain receptor which mediates the recognition, internalisation and degradation of oxidatively modified low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL) by vascular endothelial cells. It is also a receptor for advanced glycation end (AGE) products, activated platelets, monocytes, apoptotic cells and both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, as well as for HSP70 protein, which is involved in antigen cross-presentation to naïve T-cells. OLR1 is also involved in inflammation, acting as a leukocyte-adhesion molecule at the vascular interface in endotoxin-induced inflammation.OLR1
