Patient discussion about nutritional counseling

Q. I like to improve myself and desperately need some advice regarding my diet and exercise. This is Brown aged 56, male. Two weeks back, I had a heart attack. I was in hospital for 1 week and now I am fine. I like to improve myself and desperately need some advice regarding my diet and exercise.A. since you already experienced a heart attack, it is very wise to consider improve your health.
the two important things are:
if you're fat before, it is wise to start reducing your body weight, because it will reduce your heart's work, and if you had hypertension before, you should start a series of diet with low fat, low salt, low carb.
other than that, I do encourage you to follow your cardiologist's advise regarding your condition. and one more thing don't punish (push) yourself too hard, steady weight loss is much more advisable rather than sudden/quick weight loss.
Good luck, and stay healthy always..

Q. Any advice and thoughts you have about dieting & exercise I'd love to know. Thanks………….. After having tried with so many diets I loved the nutri- system diet. But it’s too expensive. I want to have an easy and fun diet that would work for me and actually I love to eat healthy. If you guys had any success with such a diet, please share with me. Any advice and thoughts you have about dieting & exercise I'd love to know. Thanks…………..A. Make sure to have lots of fruits, vegetables, less of meat, exercise and lots of water especially every morning. Make sure you’re always hydrated. It's the best. Eliminate all soda or soft drinks and those sweet candies and please balance out your meals.

Q. what is the most critical period of pregnancy where i should be more aware? to the environment , diet ... and things like that... A. The most critical, is unfortunately, the period with the highest chances of the pregnancy not to be noticed - the first weeks of the pregnancy. During the first eight weeks of pregnancy the various organs of the body develop most substantially, also called organogenesis. This is considered the most sensitive period. However, the fetus may be sensitive to insults during the whole pregnancy, so other periods are not "safe".
