NVRAM
(1) (Non-Volatile RAM) A storage technology that retains its content without power. Solid state drives (SSDs) and flash memory are examples. See non-volatile memory, SSD and flash memory.(2) (Non-Volatile RAM) Dynamic RAM (DRAM) or static RAM (SRAM) memory chips that are backed up by battery or non-volatile storage in the event of failure. See BBSRAM, nvSRAM, dynamic RAM and static RAM.
