Location:On Rockwell Road, off US 7, in Lanesborough.
Facilities:35 campsites, 5 group camps, backpack shelters,lodge accommodations, snack bar, restrooms (é), picnic sites, pavilion, trails, visitorcenter, scenic vista (é).
Activities:Wilderness camping, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, birdwatching, hunting (with restrictions), cross-country skiing,snowmobiling, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features:Mount Greylock, the state's highest peak, offers spectacular views ofup to 100 miles. Mountain summit includes the historic Bascom Lodge andthe 92-foot-high War Veterans' Memorial Tower. The property wasacquired by the Commonwealth in 1898 and became its first state park. A14-mile segment of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail passes throughthe reservation.
