ABCD Counties ABCD CountiesA categorization of American counties by population. An "A County" is one of the top 25 counties by population in the United States. A "B County" is one with a population over 150,000 that is not already an A County. A "C County" has between 40,000 and 150,000 residents. Finally, a "D County" is any other county. ABCD counties are used when preparing media marketing strategies to maximize their effect. |
