mBACOD

A lymphoma chemotherapy protocol: methotrexate, bleomycin, doxorubicin (Adriamycin), cyclophosphamide, vincristine (Oncovorin) and dexamethasone, with folinic acid and GM-CSF to stimulate white cell production.
 
Adverse effects
Nausea, vomiting, hair loss, leukopenia; B-symptoms—including, fever, night sweats, weight loss of ≥ 10%; enlarged and asymmetrical lymph nodes.
