Question

Country: United States of America
State: IowaMy daughter is 15 and she was contacted twice to braid another minors hair. She was promised $10 but on that weekend as the money wasn't yet available. A month went by and I checked to find out what was wrong. I was informed she had no intention to pay for a bad hair job. I let her know if she was unhappy with the service she should have let me know. We discussed this 3 way with another person on the phone. She agreed to pay in 3 weeks and I gave her that time only for her to send a message she doesn't haveto pay my child as she doesn't have a license to do hair. Is this correct

Answer

You could still sue in small claims if a ten dollar fee was agreed...
