Mycoplasma haemofelis (Mhf),

the cause of severe feline infectious hemolytic anemia. Coinfection with M. haemominutum results in enhanced severity of clinical signs. Mhf lacks a cell wall and replicates on the outside of the infected cells; closely related to Eperythrozoon sp. Synonym(s): Haemobartonella felis, Mycoplasma felis
