A condition that comprises 1-2% of all myelomas, most common in older ♂ Clinical Lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, accompanied in 45% of cases by extra-osseous dissemination– which is present in 15% of IgA and IgG myelomas, hyperviscosity, severe anemia, azotemia, marked osteolysis, hypercalcemia and, commonly bizarre plasmacytes and plasmablasts; the M component is not markedly elevated
