Nisporeny

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Nisporeny Raion, Moldavian SSR. Located 36 km from the Bykovets station on the Ungeny-Kishinev railroad line. Population, 11,800 (1974). Food-processing enterprises and a brickyard are located there.
