Overnight Trading Overnight TradingTrading on currencies that occurs between 9 pm and 8 am. Because there are so many exchanges (and indeed so many non-exchange trading platforms), currency trading is always happening, even when the local exchange is closed. Overnight trading affects exchange rates and can cause prices to rise or fall when the local exchange opens the next morning. See also: After-hours trading. |
