释义 | Queen's Award for EnterpriseQueen's Award for Enterprisea scheme aimed at recognizing UK businesses for ‘outstanding performance’ in the areas of ‘International Trade’, ‘Innovation’ and the ‘Environment’. The scheme was originally set up as the ‘Queen's Award Scheme' in 1996, changing its name in 1999. The Awards are granted annually by the Queen, advised by the Prime Minister and a commitee of representatives from business, trade unions and government departments. The awards are valid for five years and allow winners to display the ‘Award Emblem’ on their products, packing, advertising etc. |
