The journal has been published in Moscow since 1959 and is issued once every two months. It deals with pressing theoretical problems in structural analysis and structural mechanics. The journal publishes recommendations for the introduction of those scientific advances and analysis methods in design and construction that promote structural stability and raise the level of industrialization in construction.
