Special Features:The mansion is actually two separate homes connected by a commonarea. It was built in 1904 for the Riordan brothers, Timothy andMichael, who operated a successful logging business and played asignificant role in the development of the social and economicstructure of Flagstaff and northern Arizona. The building is an exampleof Arts and Crafts style architecture, featuring a rustic exterior oflog-slab siding, volcanic stone arches, and hand-split wooden shingles.The home has 40 rooms, more than 13,000 square feet of living area, andservants' quarters.
