Ozinki

an urban-type settlement and the center of Ozinki Raion, Saratov Oblast, RSFSR. Population, 10,900 (1973). Ozinki is situated on the Bol’shaia Chalykla River (Volga basin) and has a railroad station on the Saratov-Iletsk line, 291 km east of Saratov. The settlement has brick and lime, reinforced-concrete, and building materials plants, as well as a butter factory, a poultry farm, and a food-processing combine.
