Special Features:Park is located along the banks of Silver Lake, formed when a previous eruption of Mount Saint Helens permanently dammed Silver Creek. Silver Lake is only ten feet deep. Mount Saint Helens is the park's main attraction, and the interpretive center at the park details the history and geology of the volcano.
