Thompson, Bob Thompson, Bob(1937–66) painter; born in Louisville, Ky. He studied at the Boston Museum School (1955), the University of Louisville (1955–58), traveled extensively, and lived in many places including New York and Paris. A surrealist artist, he died of a lung hemorrhage when he was 29 years old. |
