Stubbing Dozer-Loader
Stubbing Dozer-Loader
a mounted machine for uprooting and loading stumps and stones, removing brush, and loading bulk materials. Stubbing dozer-loaders produced in the USSR have interchangeable working elements (an uprooter-loader, a scoop, and a dozer blade for filling holes and grading). Stumps and stones are removed by digging the hooks of the machine under them and subsequent rotation of the frame of the machine by means of hydraulic cylinders. During loading into transportation vehicles, the stumps and stones are held by the clamp hooks of the loader. The operating width of the stubbing dozer-loader is 1.7 m; that of the dozer blade is 2.5 m. The performance of the units is as follows: 10–20 units/hr for stubbing stumps, 36–50 tons/hr when loading manure and peat with the scoop, 60–70 tons/hr for loading gravel, and 80–100 m3/hr for windrowing peat dust with the dozer blade.
