(Robotics As AService) A cloud computing service that adds value to robotics devices. Robotics as a service is expected to augment robot capability in the future by delivering specialized expertise in various areas. For example, a household robot might use RaaS to learn how to cook additional menus, while a caretaking robot might find out how to treat a specific injury. See XaaS.
