Topchikha

an urban-type settlement and center of Topchikha Raion, Altai Krai, RSFSR. Topchikha is situated on the Kulunda steppe. It has a railroad station 80 km southwest of Barnaul. Industry in Topchikha includes a butter factory, a flour mill, a brickyard, a poultry hatchery, and a grain elevator.
