Pontonnyi

an urban-type settlement in Leningrad Oblast, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Kolpino raion soviet. Population, 13,900 (1974). Located on the left bank of the Neva, it has a railroad station 24 km southeast of Leningrad and is linked by bus with Leningrad, Kolpino, and other cities. Veneer and furniture are manufactured in Pontonnyi.
