Pai-Khoi

 

a mountain ridge extending from the northern Polar Urals to the strait of Iugorskii Shar. It is approximately 200 km long, with its highest peak, Mount Moreiz, rising to 467 m. The ridge is composed of schists, sandstones, marls, and limestones. On the slopes is a tundra that supports the growth of moss, lichen, grass, and, in places, shrubs.
