tentative calculated landing time (TCLT)

A projected time calculated for the adapted vertex for each arrival aircraft based upon the runway configuration, airport acceptance rate, airport delay period, and other metered arrival aircraft. The TCLT is updated, depending on the aircraft's progress and its relationship with the current arrivals. The TCLT is either the vertex time of arrival (VTA) of the aircraft or the tentative or actual calculated landing time of the previous aircraft plus the arrival aircraft's interval, whichever is later.
