Velikaia Novoselka

an urban-type settlement; the center of Velikaia Novoselka Raion in Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated on the bank of the Mokrye Ialy River (in the Dnieper River basin), 45 km from the Roia railroad station. Population, 10,000 (1969). The settlement has fruit-canning and milk-processing plants.
