Panino an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Panino Raion. It is situated in the northern part of Voronezh Oblast, RSFSR. Panino has a railroad station (Tulinovo) on the Grafskaia-Anna branch line of the Griazi-Voronezh line. There is a machine shop in the settlement. |
