Rafalovka

a settlement in Vladimirets Raion, Rovno Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated on the Styr’ River, in the Dnieper basin. The settlement has a railroad station on the Kovel’-Sarny line. Industry is represented by a sawmill, an asphalt plant, and a furniture factory.
